I ordered online by COD payment some product worth Rs. 999/-. It was sent through Amazon Shipping. Trusting it I placed the order. When the package arrived I paid Amazon delivery the amount through qr payment Rs. 999/-. But when I opened the packet, a different product was sent to me which can only be used by a child. I tried contacting them by email but no reply and there is no telephone contact for them. I called Amazon shipping to see if they can help me but they said they cannot. If Amazon has taken the security to ship the products from this company, Amazon should help their customers to get the return and refund also. I would like Consumer Complaint helpline to raid JSS Enterprises and make them refund all the money they have stolen from customers. Please help us get our money back soon. Thank you.
