Dear APML Team, Your rating is bound to get poor as your customer care team is not taking customer's greivances seriously. Hence your goodwill is bount to go down. I had used your services multiple times in the past and thus i was confident and taken your ervices again for movement from Gurgaon to Panvel, Mumbai. After unloading, my bed could not be assembled as the Bolts, Nuts and some spared were missing. After repeated complaints over Phone and Mail there was no solution till one month! Then i got it done from a local carpenter and paid Rs.1750. Your customer care team is offering me a compensation of Rs. 500 :). I understand, that i am being penalized for the mistake i have done by doing business with you!
