I ordered a product for cash on delivery at home but they still demanded to pay Rs 100 charges for cash on delivery option, was promised that the product will be there in 10 days is been a month and the order still shows processing, tried calling the no several times but always comes busy, if it rings no one answers it, once some one answered the line and was informed that the order has been sent to the merchant and to raise a ticket for any issue, the ticket gets closed the first you raise it and if you raise another ticket there is no response, now no one is answering the phone as well
