My order id is LTGZT4JUTS9Lwe ordered food on 10 Sep 2024 which never got delivered and after multiple followup we got multiple lies from call center and then told order got blocked due to some internal issues and money would be refunded in next 5-7 days. Today after 11 day when followed up got to know that still some issue is going on and I need to raise a complaint to get my money back.update on 27th sep, 1st Oct : even after raising a ticket yet no response and money not refunded and call center has no answer.
