So far, so good. Junagadh Agricultural University is working on building a stronger response system and taking steps to address most of the complaints. While there's room for growth, their efforts show a positive trend in customer support. We hope Junagadh Agricultural University will keep up the work and continue to help more customers with their concerns even better 🤝

I'm really disappointed with the service and commitment of cult fitness. I have been promised by the manager that the membership will be transferred to my sister and now you are denying the same.
I'm even ready to show my medical reports that for a long I'm not even advised to such kind of work out because of my surgery. In such cases even refund is allowed as per the general policies and customer service while I'm just asking for transfer.
This is the second time the same fitness centre is not behaving appropriately with their customers.
A simple transfer which has been promised has to go through so many process and emails. We have all other engagements rather than just writing emails and not even getting a reply or resolution to our problems.
Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.
