I am writing to formally escalate a misconduct and false reporting related to our courier Consignment No.[protected].
As per your tracking system, the consignment is marked as “Delivered with mobile app update, received by sign – others” on 23/2/2026 at Badshahpur, Haryana.
I categorically state that the parcel was NOT delivered, and no one from my side received or signed for it.
Fake Delivery & Admission
I contacted your courier branch (Contact No. [protected]), who shared the delivery executive details:

On direct conversation, the delivery executive clearly admitted that the parcel was not delivered and stated that he “will deliver it today”. This itself proves that the delivery status updated earlier was false.
Fake POD (Proof of Delivery)
Additionally, the POD uploaded in your system is also fake:
Marking a shipment as delivered, uploading a fake signature, and generating a fake POD is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of courier service standards.
My Requests
I request the following immediate actions:
1. Urgent investigation into the fake delivery update and fake POD
2. Written confirmation acknowledging incorrect delivery status
3. Immediate proper delivery of my consignment
4. Strict disciplinary action against the delivery executive involved
5. A formal explanation from the branch on how such fake POD was generated
