Please be informed that a Junk/ Scrap dealer (Bhangarwala) has occupied full open ground in Plot 257, Sector 17, Ulwe, opp. Platinum bldg, which is not good for the environment staying in near by residents. Inspite of several attempts by the residents the Bhangarwaala refuses to move from there as he is paying hafta for that. The Open ground is of CIDCO for garden purpose. Please take immediate action on this. Many times cidco people have come there and clicked pictures but still no action is taken to remove the Bhangarwaala from there.
