I placed an advertise in JUST DIAL hyderabad branch for free ad
but one telecaller by name Ramadevi repeatedly called me to place the ad for more response due to pressure in there calls we gave ad they promised to upload and activate the ad if we give them 2 emi's of Rs 3539 so i paid through UPI two emi's of Rs.7078 + 2 rupees for confirmation of emi from registered mobile number [protected]
Rs7078 i paid through this Mobile number via Gpay [protected] on 9th May 2022
the ad was registered in medicare old age home later changed to medicare at home care
immediately after paying Rs7078 on 9th may 2022 the executive by name Deepak G who had come to close the sale claiming to be manager he says sir next emi will come on 14 th or 15th may 2022 only after clearing of 3rd emi the ad will be activated. the i immediately asked them to cancel the ad and refund the money within 15 minutes after placeing the AD because I was cheated by the tele marketing person Ramadevi and their manager Deepak G they never told me that i need to pay 3 emi's for the activation of AD
from the moment I made the payment am asking and requesting them to cancel the ad and refund them same they are not responding
after repeatedly compliant to customer care and ECS department they are not responding every time they send one whats app message the compliant resolved without any call from their end.
then i went to their office with my wife to give compliant there nobody responded properly
further they asked me to write a mail to Mr Mujeeb Email ID is [protected]@justdial.com asking me to mention to freeze the ad and not to present the emi to my bank and also requested to refund the same but after repeated compliant to him there is no response from their end. by this time from (th May 2022 to till date
