Hello,
I am a registered business account user with JustDail under corporate name AKS. I have been receiveing emails for queries that I never made. Its been 3 months, every time I call up the Just Dial customer service to inform that my account has been compromised and get the same anser we will provide the information to the concerned team and they will get back. I have filed the complaint 3 times and I haven't heard back yet. Meanwhile the queries are happening on my account regularly, which are not from me.
1. Incident - 5th October 1:05 PM, query for BSNL
2. Incident - 6th October 5:31 PM, query for Battery Dealers- Amaron
2. Incident - 31st October 8:00 AM, Home Loans- Bajaj Finance
