Justjaldi — Not delivering the product

I have ordered the BOAT headphones on[protected] with order number #O[protected]-S0001...Till now the item not yet received...already the payment done to the seller...while checking the status in the justjaldi site it is showing the INprocess only...3 to 4 mails also written to the customer care but of no use...moreover nobody lifting the call center call ...it is always busy...

Dont order any product from this site ..the item which i ordered is boat headphones and the item which i recieved is such a cheap item which will sell on footpath...even it is not having any name on the product cover also...they are looting the money from the customers like anything
