I have purchased your product at 15-March 2021 and not its not working. And now from 11-June-2021 its not working. services person ask me to pay 199rs changes for visiting. I have 1 year warranty then why should i pay for this.

Fake product and fake customer services
Not attending calls and their employees arw not solving queries...
I had ordered a filter worth 4499( uv membrane not working)
And they had chrge extra 300 for installation and not send any one for installation

Absolutely fake product and fake customer care services. They are changing their contact number so frequently you can't contact the responsible person to raise a query. They are active OLX also. This company should be banned.
