Justjaldi — Refund is not credited by company in debited account/wallet.

I ordered a battery(for Intex cloud crystal 2.5D mobile) by the "JustJaldi” and prepaid the required amount for the order. In order description page, there is nowhere mentioned that product is not in stock. After 2-3 days of ordering, when I call the company's customer care to know about the shipping status of my ordered item, they said that your product is not in stock and they initiate the refund. But they are not credited the refund amount in my debited account. They refund the amount in my ”JustJaldi” wallet which I can't withdraw and it can be used only for payment/ shopping from JustJaldi. This is just about the trapping of customers and their money. It is completely a fraud.
So I request you to please get my money refunded in my debited account.
