Or your information, please treat this email as highest priority. As your customer, we expect correct business leads and opportunities as you have committed. But for two months we are niether getting correct leads nor getting correct support from the customer care guys. Many times we complained about the fake leads which just dial is redirecting to us which has nothing to do with our business; instead my number is being redirected to other clients to make them fool like us.
I tried to call for help to CUSTOMER CARE to solve this problem today, the guy JATIN PANCHAL other side was unable to give us the solution instead he started arguing to defense and continue to argue. While asking for the senior number he said you can go and complain where ever you want.
My point is that, when JUST DIAL needs business, these marketing guys run behind us, but when we are in problems, not getting the right service, instead your customer care guys are too arrogant. It seems your job is to extract money from the customers. He didn't solve the problem, instead keeping the ticket open I got the message your query is resolved. How cum? I don't understand.
Please consider this email as the escalation for JATIN PANCHAL from the MALAD branch for his arrogant and don't care for customer attitude.
If you can't give the service, please refund the money. JUST DIAL IS NOT THE ONLY PLATFORM. WE HAVE OTHER PLATFORM ALSO WHERE WE CAN LIST OUR BUSINESS. EVEN WE ARE NOT GETTING ANYTHING FROM YOU.
