Dear sir/madam I have placed an order on 29/09/2015 for Samsung Galaxy J5 mobile on EMI plan with Application No. 2709JUST9589 and on 03/10/2015 i recieved one parcel and i paid Rs. 1000/- it was wrist watch. Then on 12/10/15 a call from representative of Justonemi call me over my mobile and say that your application has been approved, your address verification done and you have to pay an amount of Rs. 958/- to Funtasic Holidays. As asked by the team I have deposited the above amount to the his given address and also i mail the relevant documents to [protected]@justonemi.com on same day. But till date my product is not recieved. Therefore it is requested to do needful and necessary action against the erring company...
