I requested you to replace the gas stove which i brought just few days back because of its backfiring from the operating knob, but instead you have sent one of your employee to service service the stove which will leave me and my family in confused state whether to operate the stove, so i request you to kindly replace the stove without any further delay or else i am going to escalate this to another level
