My Name is Bharadwaj, resides in VIZAG. I have paid the amount of Rs.15000/- to the Jyothimatrimony, Secunderabad against the package " Instant marriage settlement" on behalf of my brother. In this package they had promised to settle the marriage with in 100 days. The amount i had paid on May 1st 2017.

Till date they have not suggested any single match and they are taking extensions. When i asked to return my money they are not taking the phone calls of mine. Even the main persons Miss. Jyothi & Mr. Ravi krishna are not giving their personal mobile numbers to get clarity about money settlement/ marriage settlement.

Finally after long time, My brother marriage was settled through my relatives. I requested them to refund the money as they are not willing to arrange marriage and no need to take their service.

I am requesting to get my money back from those persons. As their was delayed the promise and not willing to settle the marriage. I think they are in the business of money fraud not in the Marriage service..

Wantedly they are extending the time to check our patience and finally after settling the marriage form other sources simply they are saying money won't be refunded. This thing they are not telling when we are taking the membership.

I want to aware the people about their fraud. Don't take the membership through Jyothi matrimony..
