Jyoti Best Packers And Movers — Gas Cylinder is missing SR No- 949 LR No - 2787

Hi,

This is first time I choose Jyoti movers and packers for shifting my household from noida to Kota Rajasthan but the experience was pathetic and the behaviour of all the staff is worst during starting when person his name is RAJ ([protected]) came to see items. The packaging done by boys was worst (Please see attached screenshot) they don't have enough kartoons and bubble roll for packing and looks like they don't have experience of packaging. They told me that they will pack remaining item in warehouse but when it's delivered to me they did not pack ( Please see attached screenshot)

And they even didn't deliver me the Gas cylinder when I called during delivery time they told me to deduct 2k and when they deliver the cylinder then they will collect remaining 2k.

But today when I called numbers [protected] mentioned in slip they told me they will not delivered the gas cylinder because I didn't gave full amount.

I think it's my mistake that I gave full amount during shifting and delivery and only hold 2k amount.

Please resolve my issue.
