Dear Sir,

1. I would like to inform you that I applied for LTCG NHAI Bonds amounting Rs.8.10 lakh through SBI Kakinada Treasury Branch Gandhinagar, Kakinada, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, and PIN-533004 (Branch Code No. 001425). My due application form dated July 31, 2021 with all the needed documents addressed to the NHAI was routed through the SBI Agency and through the HDFC bank branch at Ramaraopet, Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh.

2. My Account Payee Cheque dated July 31, 2021, (SBI Cheque), drawn by me in favour of The National Highways Authority of India was encashed by it on September 22, 2021 vide SBI Cheque No.062531. My PAN Number is AASPK1574F. My application Number is[protected].

3. I have neither received the LTCG Bonds applied for nor received any information feedback on the status of issue of the bonds to me so far.

I look forward to taking appropriate proactive action from your side towards the issue of the LTCG NHAI Bonds amounting to Rs.8.10 lakh to me as early as possible, besides giving me the information feedback on the current status of issue of the bonds to me.
