K C Das Rasgulla from Calcutta — The Amar Kalash wleaked due to poor packaging at Misti hub , Newtown, Kolkata

I bought 4 Amar Kalash today, 8th Feb 2021 at around 3:30 pm from misti hub K C Das at Newtown, Kolkata. They gave it in a large box. I repeatedlytold them that the box was too big for the 4 kalash. They forced me to take it. When I brought them home the gur got leaked from 2 kalash.
Tell me what shall I do now. I bought them with so much expectations and this is what I got in return. I even requested that the gur might leak. I am too upset with this.
