Ref - my repeated complaints on the subject & copy enclosed

I have disducced with u over phone from mumbai on the subject and u assured that corrections will be iniciated by u but two week has passed and last date for payment is touching shortly so again u r requested as follow
My request on the subject once again as follow
(1) my house is fully locked since last ten months and not a single light unit is used as i m staying at mumbai with my son.
(2) i have been complaining since last four months for the same and always paying my light bill on line if in order
(3) i paid rs 1217/- on 23/12/2019 after corrections by you.
(4) since i have not used a single unit and our house is locked and your staff has checked against my repeated complaints earlier even though our new bill of rs 3464/- raised as provisional bill.
(5) i again lodged a new complaint and ur receipt is as follow no 3217 & 4762 & 2398 & 2622 & and awaiting progress from ur concern office
(6) my details r as k c jain chick santer shambhu mal ki bagichi morar gwalior -6 mp and ivrs no [protected]
You r requested to kindly look into this at your earliest please
