Dear All Warranty Claim Teem,
I had purchased MRF tyre for my Royal Enfield Classic whose tyre size and serial number are 120.80.18 / [protected] respectively. There is no cut or any kind of damage on its outer side but due to cut inside, the tube gets punctured without any nail or thorn. We have given it to Nandan & Tyre world (Etah) for claim but they are refusing to give the claim. Please investigate and get the claim.

Dear All Warranty Claim teem, Sir, I have spoken to Mr. Rahul Jain (Customer Service Engineer) on phone number-8171025072, he said that there is a cut on the inside of the tyre and it is due to some external injury which will not be covered under warranty.
