This is actually not a complaint I purchased Lifetime Antivirus from you for my computer but it is not made for my computer because the computer is too old for it. I tried to return it to Amazon and they told me I could not. I would like to know how I can return this item to you it has not been open to start at all it is the same as it was sent to me. I woulsd like my money returned to me. It was purchased through amazon.for $39.99 plus shipping...

when i am right clicking a file, scan with k7 option is missing . please give me the solution of it....

During video calling or online meeting video is not working. Every time is showing ki has blocked webcam....

My subscription ends in october 30 2020. Past two months k7 continously harasses me with pop ups stating — 'your licence will expire soon. Click here to renew' what is going on?? Are we not intelligent enough to understand when to renew. A wee ahead is good not three months. I did complain earlier. No result every day about 100 reminders.
This is harassment. Please stop....

I purchased a k 7 Ultimate Security from K 7 for 5 Years for 5 and now i am facing issues and when i called them for support they are saying no problem and just passing the buck and also when i ask for an escalation they saying if want the problem to be fixed give us the remote as we need to check the system when asked what do you want to check they are not able to answer when ask for supervisor they disconnect the call...

I have already lodged my complaint regarding my problems about not updated my k7 antivirus software in my desktop computer through mobile in uninor sim. One of your customer care also assured me that he will send update through e-mail. It is regreet to inform you that no e-mail has been received sofar. as such it become difficulty in updating my k7 antiivirus software.
