Kaak Economic — Vendor payment issue

I am vendor from kalyan under grocery category, we provide grocery to kaam member but didn't get money from kaak economic.
Before we provide grocery to member I was thinking to give or not to give but then again Mr kakade was on YouTube were requesting to vendors to provide grocery. He was bluffing on YouTube channel and was asking to fulfill all the requirements for kaak member and he will take care of vendors money. I did the same I listened tk him and provide grocery then after few days he open his own grocery store and he didn't give my money in addition I booked tata tempo was worth 28500. So total he has to pay 130000.
