I placed an order with Kaalalifestyle on 30th June 2025 for a Self-Moving Hair Curler (Order ID: KL15660). The product was delivered on 5th July via Cash on Delivery, and I paid ₹1000.
To my surprise and disappointment, the product I received was completely different from what was advertised — a basic curling rod instead of the self-moving curler shown on their website and promotional images. This is a clear case of misleading advertising and wrong product delivery.
I immediately contacted the company via email (help.[protected]@gmail.com), called their customer care numbers, and also messaged them on Instagram. I provided photo and video proof of the wrong product. However, there has been **no response at all** from the company through any channel.
I also registered a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Docket No: 7456736), but despite that, the seller has not responded or resolved the issue.
I am now escalating the matter publicly and demand:
1. A full refund of ₹1000, OR
2. Immediate delivery of the correct product as per the order
If no action is taken, I will proceed to file a legal case through E-Daakhil (Consumer Court) and report this as an instance of online fraud.
Attached are images of the wrong product received and the original product listing. I also have an unboxing video available, which can be shared upon request.
I request urgent attention from the company and relevant consumer authorities.
