I paid an advance of ₹11, 800 to Kaamwalibais.com on 2nd April 2026 for maid services. According to their official Refund Policy if the agency fails to provide profile leads within 7 working days, the client is eligible for a full refund. It has been over 60 days (2 months) and no service has been provided.
Furthermore, their policy states that refunds must be processed within 15 banking days of approval. Despite multiple follow-ups with staff members Sania and her senior Shilpa, my refund is being flatly denied. This is a clear breach of their own terms and conditions and constitutes a deficiency in service. I am seeking a full refund of my advance payment along with interest for the delay.
