Kadamba Transport Corporation — provided a non ac bus at the cost of ac bus

I booked an AC bus from Calangute to Goa Airport . Instead a Non Ac bus was provided with a vague reason that the bus broke down .
I need people to be sent there to see if it has actually broken down since no bus even came at the starting point.
When i called the so called helpline number-[protected], and asked will a AC bus be provided he yelled and said harshly, in hindi, You want to go to airport or not, if not get down, else go with whatever has come, said something abusive in his language and disconnected the call. I would not have taken this matter so far had he talked politely. I will complaint everywhere possible for his misbehaviour.
