I enrolled in the Data Science & AI Fast-Track Bootcamp (Job Guaranteed) offered by KAE Education on 04th February 2025 and paid ₹50, 000 as an advance. As per their official agreement, I was promised:
A minimum ₹6 LPA job guarantee post course completion
Refund of my advance if they fail to provide job assistance within 3 months
I fulfilled all required conditions – completed the course, cleared the assessments, received my certificate, and maintained 90%+ attendance. Despite this, no job assistance or placement support was provided. I formally requested a refund (as per their refund policy), but even after multiple follow-ups via email and WhatsApp, the refund has not been processed.
Their actions amount to breach of contract, deficiency in service, and unfair trade practices. I have now filed an official grievance with the National Consumer Helpline (INGRAM Grievance No: 7650416) and will proceed legally if this is not resolved urgently.
