Kaff Appliances(india) Pvt.ltd — Kaff cooker hood not functioning | |||||
I have purchased a cooker hood model MARBELLA 90 - WHT in 2016 costing Rs 42000.- The machine started giving trouble for the first time in that the switched did not switched on. On complaint to the company their service provider checked the machine and said there is some malfunctioning in the electrical board. Even after one week the board was not Set right and eventually the service technician says the switch board could not be replaced and we will have to purchase a new machine which will cost Rs 50000+. If the company is not willing to replace the spare part why should we spend such a huge amount to purchase the entire new machine instead of supplying the spare part. It is the duty of Kaff to get a replacement part as we have not subjected the machine earlier not even a single time. The company must get a replacement of service part from their parent company as the machine is not that much old. Kindly send the complaint in resolution of the problem. We will readily bear the cost of the spare part for sure. The company should able to service the machine atleast once from the date of purchase. Kindly do the needful.
