I had booked bus ticket from make my trip for 29 jan 2018 at 4:30am from nagpur to durg of mahindra travells. I was waitning at given stopage for bus form 4:10am, but tha bus not came till 6:00 am. Than i follewed a mahindra travells bus which was crossed from there after 6:15 am.. After follwing that bus i come to know that this bus is other bus not mine. Than i tried to contact nagpur office but they rudely behaved and give me raipur office number. Then after i follow the mahindra travells office from 29th jan.. They said you will get refund in 7 days.. But yet not received that refund. Now they are saying that redbus is responcible for your payment. They will refund you your payment. Now i am tried doing follow ups.. Please let me know what to do... Was this information helpful? |
