Kailash Tower Co-operative Housing Society Limited — Concerns raised by Society Committee Members not taken Seriously and no details of checklist shared

Hi Sir/Mam,

Kindly consider this as a formal complaint (after formal notice sent in July'25).

No-one seems to be serious from Johnson's lift services inspite of raising voices to their local vendors and technicians. Kindly consider this as a formal complaint that there is some fault from the services provided by Johnsons Lift and we as a committee are serious for resident's safety.
FYI - We as society stick to Johnson services (continued from builder after handover), only because Johnson's team should not call any third party's fault. but looks like they are not serious or maybe they have much better money payers.

Below are the concerns already discussed with them and few pointers we as society needed as documention as weekly/monthly checklist by any any technician visiting and we are not getting the same. We were shared only once after complaining in july and then nobody cared from Johnson Lift services (dont know why they call services with yearly charges of 2, 40, 000/-) :-

We would need things covered as services with technician name and their signature attending for each of four lifts in Kailash Tower (2 lifts in F wing and 2 lifts in G wing):-

Very IMP : This updated and recent checklist has to be sticked next to each of 4 lifts with signed by each technitian's visit and contact(s).

Note: Few of major issues to be attended and needed to be be in the checklist are below :-

A. Lift Automatically opens when electricity off (at Bi-Weekly (once in two week) check required)
B. lift alarm working? (expected to be checked every visit)
C. lift alarm working properly for emergency? -- (expected to be checked every visit)
D. Lift Opening and Closing on each floor (expected to be checked every visit)
E. lift patta check and serviced (expected to be checked every visit),
F. lift machine greecing (expected to be checked every visit),
G. lift button not working (expected to be checked monthly),
H. lift fan working (expected to be checked monthly but quarterly is also fine) - not so serious,
I. lift inside bulb (expected to be checked monthly but quarterly is also fine) - not so serious,
J. lift battery check - (expected to be checked every visit).

Reason for asking:-
-We as a society dont know what services Johnso's Lift is providing with yearly cost of 2, 40, 000/- for four lifts, and hence we do not have answers on multiple questions asked in our annual general meeting of new committee formation
