Hi.. I moved from kolkata to pune in march 2016.. I booked through kaiser who surprisingly gave the lowest quote and told the delivery will be within 6-7 days..
Trusting these people, we reached pune a day prior so that we can get our flat ready with no hassles. Then started the worst time of our lives.Inspite of reminder calls for more than 6 days after the expected delivery date we get rude responses from the kolkata office representative who misbehaved spoken harsh language.. Out of our wits end we speak to a so called senior official and we are spoken to as if they are doing us a major favour and this is after we paid 80% of the delivery charges.. After all this, we get the delivery and we realize after they leave that we have lot of items missing from the carton boxes.. Most of the stuff were damaged, fridge, bed, shoe rack, wardrobe. This is the worst and most horrible movers and packers. I suggest everyone not to take their service. Was this information helpful? |
