Hi,
My transcend 32GB pendrive had a problem, so i have given it for warranty in transcend authorised service center named "Kaizen Infoserve Pvt. Ltd." located in secunderabad. I have hand over to them on 19th March, 2016. They said that the pendrive will come with in 3 months time period. But already 10 months passed but they are not willing to give my pendrive back.
When ever i call them, they say It will take 15 days more like that they keep on telling for 6 months and when i last called them they said we will enquire why it got delayed and we will call you back. But there is no call back from them and when i call them they are not answering at all.
