Kakad Housing Corporation — This Builder is not fulfilling his commitment. 6 1/2 yr over possession pending

I have booked flat No D - 1002 at Kakad Paradise, Mira Road on 6th Dec 2015. Now approximately 6 and half years are over. Builder has taken 99% money already two year and eight month back ( Oct 2019 ) and still not given the possession. Every time he is giving oral commitment. Not responding on emails. Owner of the project never comes on a call. Always extending the time line, no written commitment etc. Now instead of e completing Kakad Paradise site, he is busy in another site at Andheri

I am Seeking for your assistance/advise on complaint above.

RERA Registration number is P[protected]. Since he is delaying the project I have to pay Rs 22000 as a monthly rent which is additional burden on me.
