Dear Sir/Madam,
We, the residents o[censored]VS Residency, are writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding the fabrication work (welding and gas cutting) being carried out by Kakarla Industries, which is situated beside our apartment. The noise generated by these industrial activities is causing significant disturbances, particularly to children, elderly residents, and other sensitive individuals.
The fabrication unit operates daily, from Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM, producing loud and constant noise throughout these hours. Despite previous attempts to tolerate the situation, the continuous disturbances are making it extremely difficult for us to maintain a peaceful and healthy living environment. This noise is severely affecting the daily lives of the residents, particularly those with young children, the elderly, and people working from home. It is significantly hindering their ability to rest, concentrate, and carry out their day-to-day activities.
As our community is a residential apartment, the proximity of industrial activities such as this fabrication unit is becoming increasingly untenable. Given the nature and intensity of the noise, it is clear that this location is not suitable for such industrial work. We believe that relocation to a more appropriate industrial zone, away from residential areas, would help mitigate the negative impacts on the community.
Therefore, we kindly request your intervention in this matter and urge you to take immediate action by:
Investigating the noise caused by Kakarla Industries.
Taking necessary steps to ensure the relocation of the unit to a more appropriate location away from the residential apartments.
