Kalahasti Veerendra Sai — Online Iphone scam for 15k INR

This person names " Kalahasti veerendra sai " alias " Chanti Sai" Alias "Bunty" is available in telegram and whatsapp groups of multiple universities in India and abroad.

He promises to order an Iphone for 15K INR and ask for half the money after the order is placed . We sent him half and realised it is a scam and asked him to cancel immediately but he wont. He wont even block you or anything. He replies once in a while saying "Bro Aagu" ( Telugu).

Multiple complaints have been lodged on him with police but Surprise, cops do nothing as usual ! After providing ample technology to police, how difficult can it be to track this dog of a human ??

We are filing FIR on him, please send me the details of his scam, already 5 people are filing FIR individually in both Telangana and Andhra and we are helping them to file it, we should not tolerate this
