The bus was delayed at the starting point by 1hour on sale of traffic!!! After travelling a distance of 100km there was an alert on display stating that brake system failed and there was an alarm beep sound continuesly but the driver didn’t stop nor didn’t check continued to drive after crossing the second toll gate he stopped a side and checked and concluded that the compressor got failed!! The same incident has happened 2days before and they got it replaced today morning with new one which has no warranty and no guarantee!!! By the same day night the bus was stopped because of same issue!!! And when asked by the travelers they started cooking stories instead of taking action and made us to stay on roads for hours!!! The management to whom we spoke on call has took the issue very jovially and were laughing sarcastically on call!!! We are 20km away from suryapet and wer on roads with no facilities!
