I had placed an order in kalkifashion.com on 21 August 2020 for a Saree which was worth INR 15500.
I stay in Paris and they promised me that they would send it to me by 3 September 2020. So far I have not received anything, neither they shipped it yet. Upon contacting their whatsapp number (+[protected]; [protected]) to enquire about the status of the shipping, kalki fashion customer care either responds with a repetitive "we are trying our best to ship your order as soon as possible on priority." or they won't reply at all. The screen shots are attached for your review.
Upon checking the reviews for the online fashion boutique in question, I came across many more terrible reviews by other customers who were either cheated or simply looted, especially NRIs.The screenshots showing these reviews are also attached for your review.
Please do the needful so as to prevent another unsatisfied customer and day light robbery.
