I had my booking today from jaipur to agra in kalpana travels pvt limited bus no rj 14pd0888... My drop location was idgah bus stand agra... Neither conductor nor driver stopped bus there and when i asked them they said we are already crossed your drop location... I have to travel back 20 kms because of lack of information since it was my first time to visit agra... I had to trouble a lot because of all this... Want strict action against them... Never going to recommend anyone to travel with kalpana travels Was this information helpful? |
