I had recently shifted my household items from Chennai to Tiruvannamali on[protected] and immediately made the payment . We have been contacting Mr.Vinoth ([protected]) of chennai office.
During transit they damaged the TV worth Rs.17500/- by keeping some heavy objects on the TV screen(Photo attached).
During the conversion he promised that he will refund the amount for reparing TV.
But now even after two months he is not respoding
