I read about this website and their reviews about frauding customers, by not giving them their parcels but accepting payment online. I also purchased certain items from them just to see the claims that were made about this website. First of all this is a fake website you can make a account on this website, it always prohibits from making account. Secondly when i purchased items a confirmation email was sent to me but it nowhere has mentioned about the items that i purchased, it only stated that your order is under process. Also the things that i purchased was illegal to sell without proper prescription, even after that they were selling it without any hassle. After ordered was made no tracking ID of the courier was made available to me. After hundreds of phone calls and messages they gave me tracking ID, but the parcel was never delivered to me, They actually didnt mentioned any address on the courier just only the place name. As when i asked about it they started blaming me, no proper customer care support also they filter their reviews on google. Please take proper actions against such fraudsters and those who sell prescription drugs illegals.

After taking into consideration my case, the kamakart team looked into the matter and found it was fault from the courier service end, not from there end. There was some misunderstanding and miscommunication. As soon as parcel reached them, they refunded me back the money via online method

customer paid for product rs 300+100, we have despatched the product, the address is provided by client, not by us.

we sent the parcel, phone wasnt picked by client on courier reaching city, thus courier after repeated attempts sent back the parcel..

we politely asked for shipping fee to resend the parcel, because we cannot resend a courier again charging to us, at a loss.

customer threatened to make a negative review to affect our business, we cannot bow down to bullies and threats

but the consignment reached back to our office on 18th august 2020, even before the courier really gets back, customer threatened to write a complaint, whilst we are in talks with courier..

In the E-commerce business lot of customers take advantage of the sellers, and threaten us with negative consqueneces, which we have proof to explain

order value 370- courier charges paid by client 100, but we spent 150 to send to the addresse, they havent been in address nor picked calls to recieve it.

finally we are blamed and labelled as frauds' for what, - sending the right products with a proper courier service sharing the tracking number to the client .

people should know meaning between fraud, cheating and etc. since get a plaftorm and internet they cant write whatsoever
