I have taken a small loan from “Kamakshy Loan App”. Due to financial difficulty, I was unable to repay the loan on time. However, the recovery agents are continuously harassing me by making repeated phone calls almost every minute.
They are calling me again and again within very short intervals and creating mental stress and pressure. Even though I have explained my situation, they are not cooperating and are forcing immediate repayment through constant calls.
This frequent calling is disturbing my peace and causing harassment. I request the authorities to take strict action against this loan app for unfair recovery practices and to stop the repeated call harassment. Was this information helpful? |
