We pharma retailer in Ernakulam, we have purchase condom of kamaSuthra from its distributors in ernakulam on 30/05/2020 and 07/08/2020. those product where getting damaged and customers returned those product by complaints, so we have refunded customer and reported to the company on the same time. but company refused to take it back immediately and asked as to wait until expiry, so waited for expiry different product had different expiry so waited for november 2024. once they visited the pharmacy we have reported this matter so they promised to settle it soon when we return to the distributor. on that belief we have returned goods on december 2024 to distributor narayan pharma ernakulam.
