Yesterday JAN 30th ‘2017 at 8.23 PM I had done my purchase from Kanchan Apparels Parel (E), Mumbai for a bill of Rs. 360/- (Rupees Three Hundred and sixty only) and I had to Swipe the card which I did and receive a message after the swipe on my mobile number [protected]
Dear Customer The Balance in your prepaid card amount is 1858.75 INR. The withdrawal transaction amount is Rs. 360 INR. The fee charged is 0 INR.
I showed the same to the merchant but the merchant informed me the transaction declined as there was no slip from machine.
He again swiped the Card and this time the slip came I had signed the slip but the message received on my mobile [protected]

This time again I informed merchant but he said it will be reversal after an hour by AXIS BANK for declined transaction but this didn’t happened.
I had to pay twice for this transaction and Unfortunate part is today is the last day of the Gift card if you take the matter and allow to use the transaction amount of Rs. 360/- which was unnecessarily deducted.
