Kansan Communications — Not refunding the security amount

I was allocated a DID telephone
facility with a tie up between the society and the Kansan comm.p.ltd.
With some of their offer I had availed a Local & STD facility with a refundable security of Rs. 2000/-. after some time I found no much use of the connection and asked them to disown my connection and refund the security amount after restoring my original DID facility.
But after bseveral reminders verbally with their office and even letter mentioning all the details to their Director Mr. Ashok Kanade but all fell on deaf ears.
Therefore it is requested to use good office to settle the issue and arrange to return the security amount of Rs.2000/- with due interst for the period the held unauthorisedly.
