Kantagiri is a scammer. I was ordered two different fabrics on 06/02/2022 using their website. Order no:KG25501. I received one good and another completely damage fabric with several wholes and one big whole is covered by ripu which total price is Rs. 864.68 (with tax). I called them then and then and I was told to send the damage item to them, so I sent it. It was returned on 22/02/2022 via India Post. Tracking ID: EW[protected]IN. I spent Rs 115 for post. First, they said that they didn’t receive the item, it might come to the local PO but not to their address. Then India Post assured me that the item was successfully delivered to their address which is also mentioning on their website. I called them, messaged them using their website-message-policy and also emailed a complain with pictures of fabric, bill, tracking ID. Now, they might block my number because it is on busy all the time, so I called from another number, also request them to send any other fabric within that price, but they are not willing to refund me anything and ignore me. They confidently told me to return the item and they will refund my money, same thing they are used to tell in their youtube channel (Kanta Giri) but I don't get any kind of response from them after returned the item. I am okay with any other products if they don't want to refund but it seems neither they are willing to give me product or refund. Please help me to get my money.
