Kanti Sweets — unethical behaviour

I always buy kanti sweets. The experience this time was very bad as i was standing there from 10.30 to 11 am, on 18/08/2019 at kanti sweets, chikkabommasandra cross, yelahanka new town outlet to buy sweets and no boys are not bothered to attend customers. When i contacted the person sitting on the cashier seat, he behaved in an unethical manner saying "if you want sweets, wait until they come". He was very rude. One counter boy came after 15 minutes and started packing sweets for other customers who came after several minutes of my arrival.
Never recommend kanti sweets for anyone.
