Kapil Chits Fund — Vizianagaram bm and legal team harassment behaviour

Dear Sir,

I Mr.Lakshmikanth Pujari having a chit # FVBL02H_05 in your Vizianagaram Branch and I paid for 35 months.I am working in Vizag and due to some of my personal problems like time management and financial crunch there was a delay for 5 months, when spoke to your BM Vizianagaram he advised me to transfer to his personal account so that he can deposit in chit account due to my unavailability in Vizianagaram.

But the same was not deposited in my Chit account resulted in huge penalties

Please find the statement attached for the proof of transfer.

Considering the same please advise me the outstanding by waiving the unnecessary penalties.I will clear the same.

Daily legal people are calling in sense of harassment to pay 5 installments not considering the amount paid to BM as mentioned below.

They are saying "They will consider the payment done on 05/03/2020. which sent to BM.

BM is not responding. Without intimation how is sent to legal team.

I did not paid due to covid - 19. Now i am ready to pay in two installments for remaining 4 months.

Please check my account details. as payment done for march still it is not reflecting in our statement. Same is not responded by BM and legal Team.
