I vinayak tyagi from greater noida bought karboon A 93 phone 7 months back from now in 1 week only its usb cable stop working properly and after 1 month on december 12 2014 my phones sim slot, camera, led stop working because that time i was in 12 i cant able to go to servise centre so i went there after giving my boards exam on 30 march 2015 the service center says me to come after 15 to 20 days so i went there after 30 days than they said your phone is gone to be swaped the time period of swaping a phone is 45 days so i sayed ok than i call them on 15 may 2015 they said your phone has to come in a week so i waited than i re call on 25 maythey said contact service center i do so on 28 may 2015 they said your phone is accepted by service team on 2 april 2015 and now they r working on it so wait for 10 to 15 days so i do so again i call on 3 june they again said same to me on 5 june to they again said this on 8 june same now today is 15 and they said same to me i want my phone back
