I ordered a lighter from their website
And cancelled before shipping on WhatsApp
I had a chat with their team on WhatsApp and they said my refund will be initiated and the money will be refunded in 24 hours to my original payment source, the money is yet to be returned.
I have proof and screenshots.
I mailed them and reached out on their instagram page and they stopped responding to me,
The order ID was KF955429
And the amount was ₹601.
I want my money refunded
