I ordered one medicine costing rupees 16500/- but unfortunately before i received the product we lost our uncle i. E patient died. I consulted with karma ayurveda and they agreed to refund the full amount back once they receive the product. It has been more than one and half months since they have successfully excepted the product but there is no refund initiated from karma ayurveda. I am keep on calling them almost every day to get the details. Every-time they say it will be done in next 2 days and somebody name "kamal" or "rahul" from finance/refund team will connect with me. Till now no one ever called. No response at all. Now the situation is they have product as well as the money. They are very irresponsible - first of all they will never call back although they say they will do it and as agreed money will be refunded. Secondly when we are calling them most of the time i have to call them more than once just for them to receive my call and hear my concern because they have a habit of receiving the call and before customer finishes stating their concern - to disconnect the phone. I have phone recordings, payment details, product acceptance tracking record with me.
